In some cases, including most domestic contracts (negotiation of marriage contracts) and some separation agreements, as well as undefended divorces, we will be able to give you an estimate of our total fees at the time of our initial interview.
In other cases, particularly those involving contested divorce, custody, support and property issues, it's frequently difficult to provide an accurate estimate of fees in advance.

The Team
Yinka Obasa, the principal of the firm has extensive experience in corporate law, real estate law, environmental law, family law and immigration law in the three jurisdictions where she has been called to the Bar. She was called to the Bars in 1993 in Nigeria, 1999 in Lesotho and in 2006 in Ontario.She holds a Master degree in Law from the University of South Africa; specializing in Environmental Law and minoring in Civil Litigation and Labour Law. She also holds a Master degree in Environmental Management from the Free State University, South Africa.
Yinka Obasa has extensive practice and experience working in the areas of Civil Litigation and Corporate Law in Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation and International Development Centre for Africa, Swaziland. She also vast experience in Roman-Dutch Law jurisdiction as a lawyer in Southern Africa practicing in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.
Yinka Obasa worked as an associate at various law firms in Toronto before moving on to set up her legal practice in Misssisauga, Ontario. She provides legal representation to clients within Canada and internationally.
Mrs. Obasa’s underlying belief and philosophy is that that members of the public and the disadvantaged should have equal access to the court and the justice system. To implement this, she provides free legal services and legal advice for duration of 30 minutes.
